Can I bring food or drink?

Food and drink are allowed in our facilities, whether you wish to purchase snacks/drinks from our vending machine or bring your own.

Can I bring/purchase alcohol at Next Golf?

Next Golf does not have a liquor license as of right now, so we cannot provide or allow the consumption of alcohol in any of our facilities.

How many friends can I bring?

Each bay can accommodate parties of four, anymore than that and you will need to book another bay.

Do I need to bring my own balls?

Next golf facilities offer Bridgestone E-Series marked balls for players to use, however you may bring your own if you have a preference.

I had an issue with another guest, what should I do?

While we hope that all Next Golfers are respectful of one another during their time inside our facilities, sometimes incidents occur in which our helpful customer service team may be needed. If you feel unsafe in any way we urge you to contact us via phone or email and we will find a solution with you.

Which bays are limited to 3 or 4 players?
- The only bays that are limited to 3 players are our right-hand bays at our Mississauga location. (Bays 2-4) All other bays at Mississauga and at other locations are 4 people per.

Lost item?
- If you believe you have misplaced an item at one of our facilities, please send an email to info@nextgolf.ca and we will do our best to retrieve and return said item to you.

There's someone in my bay. What do I do?
- Please double check your service confirmation email to be sure you are booked for that bay and time. If you are, please let them know that you have a booking for that time. If you have further issues please give us a call.
