TrackMan not tracking? Common issues

If TrackMan is not tracking, there could be several possible reasons why, and here are some potential fixes:

1. Make sure the radar is free of any obstructions that could block it's field of view. This includes someone standing in front of the unit, a golf bag, backpack, jacket etc.
2. Check the alignment: Ensure that the Trackman 4 unit is properly aligned with your swing path and ball flight. Adjust the device if necessary by moving it so it's properly aligned and perform a calibration (Read the TrackMan calibration - all methods article for more details).
3. Check to see if the TrackMan unit powered is on (green light on front of the unit), and ensure no cables are disconnected.
4. Confirm the unit is communicating with the TrackMan software.
5. Exit and restart the TrackMan software.
