To ensure tracking works properly, please follow these steps:
- Check that your booking has started, as the machine will turn on when your booking begins.
- Confirm that only one ball is on the strike mat.
- Avoid using neon balls, as the sensor has difficulty tracking their reflectivity.
- Ensure all shots are hit near the rubber tee/hole of the strike mat (this ensure balls are placed in the tracking zone). Drivers can be put on the rubber tee, or put on your own tee closer to the center of the mat.
If these tips do not resolve the issue, try closing all programs and relaunching them.
